Your Responsibilities as an Applicant

You are responsible for:

  • Supplying valid documents (certificates, passports, financials)
  • Complying with the entry requirements of the country and institution
  • Meeting visa deadlines and submitting all requested materials
  • Making final payments for tuition, application, or visa charges directly to universities or authorities
  • Failure to provide accurate or timely information may lead to rejection or delay, for which we are not liable.

Admission and Visa Outcomes

While we guide you thoroughly, we do not guarantee:
  • University admission
  • Scholarship approval
  • Visa grant
Admission and visa decisions are made solely by the respective universities and immigration authorities. Our role is to assist, guide, and improve your chances—not to make final decisions.

Use of Website and Online Forms

We do not charge for consultation. However:
  • You may need to pay application fees directly to universities
  • You may incur visa or embassy fees based on your destination country
  • If optional paid services (like translation or courier) are requested, charges will be disclosed clearly and invoiced in advance
  • We never ask for cash payments for tuition, visas, or scholarships. All payments must be made directly to authorized parties.

Cancellations and Refunds

As our core services are free, there is no refund policy applicable for consultation. If you’ve paid a university or embassy and wish to cancel, you must refer to their respective refund and cancellation policies. We can assist you in communicating with the institution but cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

Scholarship & Accommodation Guidance

We assist in identifying and applying for scholarships; however:

  • Accommodation services are referral-based; final contracts and payments are between you and the provider
  • We are not liable for pricing, availability, or disputes between you and the third-party vendors.

Limitation of Liability

  • Visa denials due to inaccurate or incomplete documents

  • Loss of documents sent via courier (we recommend secure shipping)

  • Our consultancy services are advisory. You accept that decisions rest with the respective institutions and authorities.

Force Majeure
